Breakfast!

Whole porridge with hidden nutrients! Add sesame seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and milk thistle seeds. I also add hemp milk and garnish with fresh berries.

Milk thistle is a natural treatment for liver problems, also helps lower cholesterol and people with diabetes.
Sesame seeds are a great way to get vitamins such as zinc, vitamin E, iron, copper, and vitamin B6. All great for immune boosting!
